If you are looking for a small, intimate, warm and friendly centre, far from the major Parisian plants of fitness, Body turn turns your arm. Located in a small tree class, the centre, although small, 65 m 2 has equipment at the forefront of the latest trends: four powerplate machines, powerbikes and une. The other strong point of the site is the accompaniment and personalized follow-up. Each 30-minute session brings together four people and takes place under the supervision of one of the club's two teachers. Every gesture and posture is analyzed to enable you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
