Hearing aids encounter many obstacles: prices are too high, reimbursements are low, there is a lack of hearing aid practitioners... This is why only 25% of the hearing impaired are equipped in France. Created in 2006, VivaSon seems to represent a serious alternative in this context, with more than twenty directly operated stores and many development projects to come. VivaSon devotes a lot of time to training its hearing care professionals and assistants. The last factor for success and efficiency is state-of-the-art equipment: 3D scanner, video otoscope, spatial location, on-site technical laboratory, not to mention the precious "Bluetooth" wireless technology that offers devices connected to television and telephone, allowing almost perfect listening even in noisy environments. In the end, customers would be 94% satisfied with VivaSon according to the company's website.

J'y suis allée pour de l'hyperacousie.
Aucun test auditif effectué, on me croit à peine, on me prend de haut. On me dit qu'on ne peut rien faire à part un appareillage qui me coûterait 3000€ non remboursé !
Et ce qui m'a été dit :
"Et sinon, est-ce que vous êtes plus gênée depuis qu'on vous a dit que vous faisiez de l'hyperacousie ?"
"Moi aussi ça me gène les sirènes des pompiers, je suis obligé de couvrir mes oreilles comme ça" (en mettant ses mains sur ses oreilles).
Pourtant l'hyperacousie est bien présente sur leur site internet. Mais eux n'y croient apparemment pas !
N'y allez pas.
