94,8 – RADIO J
Sharing the same frequency as Judaism FM, and Radio Shalom, Radio J is a general and associative radio set up in the 1980s, i.e. from the first light of the dawn of free radios, in order to cover all the exciting subjects of the Jewish community: Judaism, the Middle East, Zionism, national politics, community and Jewish culture: history, music, literature, Judeo-languages, themes which are finally approached with complete freedom and from a new angle by independent media free from all pressures. From the outset, Radio J's success was considerable. A few months after its creation, a survey alone credited three times as many listeners as the other three Jewish radios combined, with an audience composed of nearly 50% non-Jews. Today Radio J has the highest reputation among Jewish radio stations in the Paris region. This is the community's reference medium.
