This private apartment, where the famous singer lived at the start of her career, displays many of her personal objects, a collection of earthenware and her famous black dress. A boutique also offers books and audio supports to prolong the spirit of the place and the artist. To get there, the nearest public transport stations are Ménilmontant, Rue Saint-Maur and Belleville - Menilmontant.

Have you ever thought about the terrible state of Edith Piaf's estate? Does she deserve this "museum" only? Full of fake items!!! It is falsely claimed that Piaf lived in this apartment - nonsense. It is unbelievable that the media does not notice all these... but I am glad to see that most of the reviewers are not blind!

It was a fun adventure to find the place and to get in there (I had to ask a stranger on the street to call for me and make an appointment because the owner speaks only French). Entrance 10EUR, he asks to wear a mask. I guess it would be more interesting if I could talk to this person - maybe I would get some explanations:) The collection is nice and cute but no evidence that Edith Piaf really lived in this apartment. I would give more stars but I think it is not fair that only half of the apartment can be visited (and it is a very small part) and visitors are not allowed to use the toilet ????????‍♀️

Un lugar calificado como museo, pero es un departamento, con dos pequeñísimas habitaciones. La entrada cuesta 10 euros, muy caro para lo que ofrece. Está prohíbido sacar fotos.
