THE MAN PASSAGE
This passage is a small lane discovered by carpenters and cabinetmakers, linking rue de Charonne and avenue Ledru-Rollin.
The Passage Lhomme is one of the small streets that make up the Faubourg-Saint-Antoine district. In addition to its open character, its carpenters and cabinet-makers are the lifeblood of the passage: until the end of the 20th century, there were a great many of them in this corner of Paris between the 11th and 12th arrondissements, and the passage also bears witness to the capital's industrial past. It ends in the Passage Josset, which links Rue de Charonne and Avenue Ledru-Rollin. We recommend a detour to discover it.
