In this street dedicated to nightlife and fashionable restaurants, a small traditional cantalouan grocery store has survived for 150 years: a resistance fighter! There were eight of them in the street in the 1960s. Jean-Marc Vialate's family raises cows in Cantal. Here, rosaries of sausages are enthroned in the shop window, while the pâtés de tête, Saint-Nectaire, Fourme d'Ambert and bonne fouace direct from Aveyron cover the shelves inside.
