The dining cellar of Cyril Bordarier is known even in Japan and it is said to be the success of our Ardechois. He acquired this very bright grocer-sandwich shop. In the corner, a heavenly bread sandwich filled with lamb, black olive pastry and coriander... A delight! Handpicked products from small producers on the shelves: Cedric Casanova's olive oil, Patrick Font's juice, the amazing chocolate of Claudio Corallo, Chavassieux's sausages, true Parisian ham, Bigorre black pork ham, bread from the bakery-pastry Blé Sucré of Fabrice le Bourdat, etc.
