The Other Boulange is held by Denis Durand, a baker trained by his predecessor and his stepfather. He took over while adding his personal touch. He has thus pursued a certain tradition by making a bread with a leaven all that is natural, certified organic and fired in wood fire. He opened his range to gluten-free breads, which brought him a new clientele, and also offers black bread, bread to seeds, etc................................................................................................................................................... Also taste regional pastries, cookies, muffins or simply the excellent nature flan: It's certainly what's best when it's done perfection like this.

When I think I had feast myself so much with a small tart caramel/walnut a few days ago with the canteen…
In short! not eaten bread yet that I bought place de la Nation, I hope that it is not the same quality
friendly and helpful.
I prefer the bread shop of the other boulange located place de la nation, the decor is more contemporary.
