The young master of the place, Mikaël Lemasle, is a passionate person whose reputation is growing thanks to the excellence of his wine selection, namely more than 350 references with natural yeast and fermentation, without pesticides, practically without sulphur or chemical additives. The latter also offers about thirty carefully selected amber wines that deserve to be discovered, thanks to helpful advice. In this charming place, of course you can taste it, you will also have enough to get excellent advice. The place is open non-stop on Saturdays, which is not insignificant, and deserves more than just a quick passage.
