One of our favourite addresses: for its sober setting, and for its cellar in the basement with more than 150 references of wines harvested by hand, for the kindness and passion of the owners of the places, Axel and Arnaud, for the beautiful selection that they continually provide, for the way they have to share their love of wine and their beautiful bottles. Many small wine-makers bring to this cellar a high quality and originality. We take the time to look, to listen and we willingly linger there, why not around a dish prepared by chef Aiko Nakagawa, who has worked alongside Thierry Blanqui at the Beurre Noisette and Kei (a 2-starred restaurant).
