Fresh cheeses are based on almond milk, désodorisée coconut oil, arrowroot, cider vinegar, Himalaya pink salt, tomato concentrate, mustard, onion, garlic, carrageenan (binding), lactic acid. This is good for cooking, fondues and recipes. As for the joyourts, they present nature, kernel or coco.
