Clément Brossault, a former converted banker, opened his own shop in order to pass on his cheese knowledge to as many people as possible. It must be said that this enthusiast does not spare his efforts to learn his new profession: he has travelled all over France by bike, in search of the best recipes from small producers! And again during this summer 2019, he was on the roads of Normandy (and especially in Camembert) to discover small wonders. You will therefore find here the finest cheeses from France, as well as homemade creations made by the ripener. Finally, the place is the place for both occasional and convivial events.
