Every morning, the boss leaves in Rungis to market and report wild or farmed fish. Good and also bio, especially for salmon. Fish are prepared as you wish, seafood cooked every day. Freshness really is at the meeting. For the passion of his profession for 35 years, for the quality of his hospitality, for his participation in the life of his neighbourhood… Charly was awarded the Paris Medal of the City of Paris in September 2009.
