Starred restaurant in Paris serving a daily menu, oysters, fish and duck

Alain Dutournier, chef of the Carré des Feuillants, began his Parisian career here. Moreover, this restaurant still belongs to him. Today, it is Laurent Bouveret who officiates in the kitchen. To get a glimpse of his talent, opt for the menu carte. Among other dishes offered on an autumn day, a chestnut velouté with autumn truffles and pheasant chicken aiguillettes, a "traditional" cassoulet, a monkfish escalope with spinach threads, and for dessert a fine Landes croustade with prune ice cream. A proud cuisine "that sings of the south Adour".

Restaurant plaisir dans l'assiette. On y mange bien avec des assiettes aussi belles que bonnes. Produits de qualité , saveurs exquises. Merci au chef Julien pour cette délicieuse proposition .

Quel bonheur de se régaler avec des mets si délicieux: tres bien présentés et fort goûteux grâce au chef cuisinier vraiment très très compétent.

Un bel exemple de gastronomie française. Un cadre simple et intimiste. Le menu découverte est un ravissement pour les yeux et le palais. Mais ce que l'on adore le plus c'est la créativité du menu de la Saint-Valentin ????.
Service à la française impeccable bien sûr.
4 ans plus tard, dîner de St Valentin again ! Un regal ! Toujours aussi créatif et bon.
