Starred restaurant in Paris serving a daily menu, oysters, fish and duck

Alain Dutournier, chef of the Carré des Feuillants, began his Parisian career here. Moreover, this restaurant still belongs to him. Today, it is Laurent Bouveret who officiates in the kitchen. To get a glimpse of his talent, opt for the menu carte. Among other dishes offered on an autumn day, a chestnut velouté with autumn truffles and pheasant chicken aiguillettes, a "traditional" cassoulet, a monkfish escalope with spinach threads, and for dessert a fine Landes croustade with prune ice cream. A proud cuisine "that sings of the south Adour".

Très décevant. La réservation faite par téléphone n'avait pas été enregistrée. Personnel, peu aimable. Cuisine correcte, sans plus.

Above and beyond all expectations for Parisian restaurant experience. Not to miss opportunity. The service was elegant in all respects. The food was divine. The neighborhood is beautiful Marais. I highly recommend this experience.

Une nourriture absolument divine mais malheureusement un service extrêmement long à tel point que entre notre arrivé dans le restaurant et le moment où notre plat a été servis nous avons attendu 2h30 ! Une entrée avez été consommer pour la majeur parti des personnes présente mais les autres ont donc patienter 2h30 sans mangé… tellement dommage quand on voit la qualité de leur assiettes et de leurs vins qui est incroyable ! Je n’ai donc pas pris de dessert car l’attente été tel que même quand le plat est arrivé je n’avais plus faim à force de grignoter du pain… les serveurs et l’ambiance est tout de même très bien.
