Brasserie in Paris serving delicious homemade meats and desserts
Right in front of Gare de Lyon, Claudy, a native of Pruines, has been running this brewery for 20 years. It is surely one of the five nicest and the least impersonal brasseries in the district. First of all, because the owner is an enthusiast, but also because the setting has been made according to his tastes. In every corner, there are beautiful watches and clocks of the old days. For service, timeliness and efficiency are the keywords. Chef Jean-Pierre elaborates, from an open kitchen, steak tartar, head meat and tongue, andouillette 5A, crispy rabbit and risotto. Guests also come there for the delicious desserts trolley and the pouilly-fumé wine from the Blondelet house.
