The family that runs Do & Riz, a very popular Vietnamese restaurant on Cotte Street, has opened a second table, Do & Coco, on the opposite sidewalk, where the culinary register is more globally Asian. On the menu that day, a chicken with salt and pepper sauce, kumquat and a crunchy salad, shrimps a la plancha, noodles with tomato and pineapple sauce, various bentos and, in our bowls, chubby chicken-shrimp-cabbage ravioli and a bento minced pork with galanga-basil-flattened egg. A cuisine full of freshness and flavor.

L’autre restaurant de la même cheffe, juste en face, « Do & Riz », propose une cuisine asiatique un peu différente, et excellente également !
