This outstanding Vietnamese restaurant is often discovered by chance or by word of mouth. Everything is neat: decorated with a wall covered with gold leaves behind the bar, the light atmosphere, smiling Buddha, staff dressed in traditional dress, quality services and dishes prepared with care. The cuisine offers dishes that reflect its origins, given that Ginette and Georges are of Vietnamese origin. Tasty starters like amazing beef salads marinated with savoury sweet classics and fresh spring rolls are available. You can continue with generous and nicely presented dishes such as creamy and flavoured roasted pork balls, a saîgonaise pancake or big shellfishes accompanied by exotic sauces. For two people, one can also be tempted by a Vietnamese fondue festive dish, a very well prepared dish here. A real know-how, personal touches with spices, sauces, etc., and for desserts, the banana cake with coconut cream will delight your taste buds; sticky rice with taro remains as for the Vietnamese, one of our favourite delicacies.
