GROUND CONTROL
Food-trucks offering Latin American cuisine, fresh pasta and French-Taiwanese fusion cuisine.
Before the Halle Charolais, a former postal sorting centre, was replaced by a new district, it was temporarily transformed into a place to live, rather boboist, with a mega terrace and a host of restaurants. Outside, food-trucks (burgers, Indian...) and inside, long tables of hosts and counters concocting a travelling street food: Isana (Latin American cuisine), Solina (fresh pasta with ancient wheat), Coin-Op Table (French-Taiwanese fusion cuisine), La Résidence (Refugee Food Festival stand)... Several bars for the thirst.
