Behind Miss Lunch is Claudia Cabri, a talented and a sparkling young woman. After a passage to the Beaux Arts de Paris, she starts cooking classes and as she is an artist she makes culinary feats… Passionate about her art, she starts writing cookbooks at the same time. As the opportunity arose, she opened her Parisian loft at PPP (Première Pression Provence) in front of Square Trousseau. She moves in the morning to the Aligre market and prepares dishes and desserts on site. It can be said that she has the art of accommodating the products: Garlic and capers soup, Indian chickpeas and white poppy, vegetarian chili, pepper stuffed with potatoes accompanied by a mini cauliflower quiche and feta, chocolate pot, banana split… Nothing complicated but it's good, fresh and tasty.
