LA TABLE DE JULIE
Address in Paris elaborating a short card, meats, a speciality of places: a trio of fish.
La Table de Julie is a bistro where you go without hesitating because we know we're going to eat well and we'll be well served. The address is not surprising, on the contrary, we are fully in the traditional, but it is a well chosen. Even if the à la carte menu is short, Michel Garanger works at his best in the kitchen, while the boss, smiling, is in the room. As a starter, beef terrine and onion jam. Good. But we came for the Mongolfière Julie, the speciality of the address, a trio of fish that is neither a bouillabaisse nor a bourride and served in an original way. It's fine and tasty. As for a dessert, the crème brulée with Bourbon vanilla is very correct.
