Establishment in Paris realizing a card of the plebiscite specialities and a kitchen tradi: a sauerkraut.
Probably one of the most Parisian brasseries! Open all day long without interruption - and until late at night -, it is located next to the Place de la Nation. Very busy, it is vast, and its decoration typical of Parisian restaurants is not without charm. At the helm of the establishment are lovers of French cuisine, and you can feel it! Here, the menu changes regularly but the specialties that customers like most don't vary much. One comes for the tradition - sauerkraut in head - as much as for the seafood.

Une amie a pris une soupe à l'oignon, une brioche perdue et un Virgin mojito et l'addition était de plus de 30e... Impressionnant les tarifs.
Mais la serveuse était sympathique et souriante !
