Probably one of the most Parisian brasseries! Open all day long without interruption - and until late at night -, it is located next to the Place de la Nation. Very busy, it is vast, and its decoration typical of Parisian restaurants is not without charm. At the helm of the establishment are lovers of French cuisine, and you can feel it! Here, the menu changes regularly but the specialties that customers like most don't vary much. One comes for the tradition - sauerkraut in head - as much as for the seafood.

On a mis les Côtes d’Armor dans mon assiette à en constater la fraîcheur des moules. Mes amis ont tous été subjugués par leur plat, tant par la viande que par les fruits de mer. N’en déplaise à tous les palais qui manquent de raffinement, cette adresse se hisse au sommet de ce qu’il est possible de déguster dans la capitale, pour des prix plus qu’abordables.
