Probably one of the most Parisian brasseries! Open all day long without interruption - and until late at night -, it is located next to the Place de la Nation. Very busy, it is vast, and its decoration typical of Parisian restaurants is not without charm. At the helm of the establishment are lovers of French cuisine, and you can feel it! Here, the menu changes regularly but the specialties that customers like most don't vary much. One comes for the tradition - sauerkraut in head - as much as for the seafood.

Bien que le personnel manque de metier , bien qu il soit tres aimable , et serviable , mais quand on ne sait pas on ne peut pas inventer
Je regrette de devoir blâmer la nouvelle serveuse mais ce n’est pas acceptable une heure d’attente pour les plats, et devoir redemander à chaque fois ce dont on a besoin.
