AMARANTE
Restaurant in Paris serving no-frills cuisine, meats and 100% chocolate mousse.
Those who swear by Scandinavian-style decor will have to pass. Here, they'll find a no-frills dining room: white walls, amaranth-red banquettes and tables without tablecloths. Fans of fusion dishes, on the other hand, and those with bird-like appetites, will flee. For Christophe Philippe is the champion of generous, traditional cuisine, with a hearty taste for solid stomachs: foie gras, snails, monkfish, sole, Corsican veal, Charolles beef, cocoa fondant... Naturally, his dishes are prepared with products of impeccable pedigree.

It could be too much for some people but if you want real meaty food in Paris, go this place.
Btw the server mis calculate our bill and they contact us after the lunch to pay more..
Wonderful ris de veau and great service. Highly , highly recommended. Loved it !
