Welcome to Boboss, one of the last talented chef of the Parisian bistro that worked in the brigade of Savoy in London. If you're dieting, it's not for you. Everything starts around a glass of estate wine, from a dish of ham out of age (rest assured, it is excellent) before arriving on the table, the snake salad that we use it at will. Attention: pas de CB et comme m'a dit le patron: "ça fait 50 ans que sa dure".
