Welcome to Boboss, one of the last talented chef of the Parisian bistro that worked in the brigade of Savoy in London. If you're dieting, it's not for you. If you like the good bistro dishes in a countryside atmosphere, drink "canons" and revive the world in a place of another age, you should go here. Everything starts around a glass of estate wine, from a dish of ham out of age (rest assured, it is excellent) before arriving on the table, the snake salad that we use it at will. The suite, at the choice, among the specialities such as the bunny with shallots and white wine or the beef tail of the Camille. In season, the Provençal frogs, the pot-au-feu or the lobster of the Celtic fishermen attract all Paris. Do you have a little room left? Good because here is the desserts trolley coming and the salad of grapefruit and oranges with alcohol. A little prune with the coffee to digest and the only things to do is to ask for the bill.

Certes c'est pas donné mais la dépense en vaut largement la peine

La cuisine traditionnelle comme on l'aime !
A la recherche d'un endroit qui fleure bon la cuisine d'antan ? De quoi revenir à cuisine de terroir façon grand-mère, loin de la branchitude parisienne surfaite.

La charcuterie à volonté en entrée, il faut déjà oser, puis il faudra choisir son plat parmi les classiques de la gastronomie française, se laisse tenter par un dessert et enfin assister au service de l'eau de vie flambée, un must !

Pour profiter de l'expérience, prévoir quelques convives sympas, un bon appétit, et le budget pour assurer le grand chelem apéro, entrée, plat, dessert, pousse café en arrosant le tout d'une bonne bouteille. Attention, paiement uniquement en espèces.

Détail cocasse, pour rejoindre les toilettes, on passe par la cuisine, de quoi voir le chef à l'oeuvre.

Je n'ai pas testé les écrevisses qui étaient dans le vivier jouxtant la cuisine, ce sera une parfaite excuse pour y retourner !

Rien à voir avec la description de "valfri". Lieu hors du temps, service aux petits soins, produits de très grande qualité, plats de haute tradition inoubliables, desserts époustouflants en variété et en saveur.
Which disappointment for this restaurant with pleasant decor and promising menu... The service was catastrophic: in the muddy (glasses of wine before aperitif, then dishes before aperitif, the aperitif at the same time as the dish become cold...), each passage the waiters asked to us whether dishes that they were brought for us, never know with table they were to bring them. Located where we were, we saw several bread baskets served and served at once again in our eyes, a waiter take a French fry in a dish awaiting to be served... The wine arrived after the dish (necessarily) and after a couple complains about its not washed table, the waiter forgot sponge on the table next to le nôtre! Finally, of course, the bill was erroneous... The waiters, whose complaints came from all the tables, answered on the tone of a humour mocker...

I do not recommend this restaurant...
