Renovated restaurant with Belle Époque style and contemporary furnishings featuring a newly developed menu.

Le Train Bleu has a long history. Inaugurated in 1901, the restaurant was listed in 1972. The decor blends the sublime Belle Époque style with more contemporary furnishings. The impeccably trained staff are totally worthy of the restaurant's standing. The menu is the result of a collaboration between Maison Rostang and Le Train Bleu. The menu features well-prepared regional products from the South-East of France, with an emphasis on carving and flambéing. This experience comes at a price, but it's so unique that it's well worth it.

La nourriture et le service étaient assez corrects, mais vous ne payez que pour le décor et le plafond. Ce qui m'a le plus dérangé, c'est le système de file d'attente ; il y a une porte tournante à l'avant et tout le monde entre dans le restaurant par cette porte sans ordre ni file d'attente, donc même si vous avez une réservation, vous ne pouvez pas savoir quand vous serez le prochain dans la file à être servi. Le restaurant devrait mettre en place une file d'attente pour que les gens puissent attendre jusqu'à l'ouverture.

Waoooo magnifique????, quel cadre unique et une restauration au top, et tout le personnel est au petit soin pour vous faire passer un bon moment. Le rapport qualité prix très bien. Je reviendrai dans cette établissement ????
