LE SIFFLEUR DE BALLONS
Wine bar with a very nice French menu with nice Sicilian references.
The Ballons Whistle as its name indicates is a wine bar, but it is also a beautiful French card with beautiful Sicilian references. Every day a different entrance, dish and dessert are offered next to the boards around meats and cheeses, hot crabs and good homemade dishes: roasted boar back, chestnuts and clementines; gouge at Ambert's furnace; Avocado purée, origan tiles and celebration… The idea is to whistle balloons by grabbing whether it's my red pithon pithon or a bottle of Pic Saint-Loup. He will eventually seize the «All Bu, Not All Bu» wine produced in Roussillon. We have to look at dessert again: Japanese cheese-cake and raspberry coulis, black chocolate cake Weiss 69% served with a spoon of fresh cream or tapioca beads with coconut milk and his mango coulis.
