Cool and trendy hotel offering good value for money with its soundproofed rooms.
For just over a year now, this vast vessel of steel and concrete, at the entrance to the Bois de Vincennes, has become a very popular hotel, and for many reasons. Indeed, the Motel One brand has set up shop here: cool, trendy and offering real value for money, it has a simple and effective concept that works well in other major cities such as Berlin. The austere facade hides well its game: neat decoration (in chic and trendy fashion), impressive lounge, personal with small onions, well soundproofed rooms (it is better...) and breakfast not bad at all. This has quite rightly won over an audience that discreetly passes this address on to itself.

Le lendemain de mon séjour, je découvre un prélèvement de 50 euros (prélevé par Motel One) sur ma carte bancaire qui a servi de dépôt de garantie chez Booking.
Je contacte l'hôtel et reçois une réponse "type " comme quoi j'ai fumé dans la chambre et 50 euros correspondent aux frais de nettoyage supplémentaire.
En pensant qu'il s'agit d'un malentendu (car je précise, je ne fume pas), je recontacte l'établissement. Je reçois toujours la même réponse "type " maintenant de la part du responsable de la réception.
Je ne suis pas la seule victime de ces pratiques d'escroquerie, comme vous pouvez lire dans les avis.
Bravo à la direction !!!
