The hotel is ideally located in one of the capital's districts, Saint-Émilion Court. It is housed in ancient cellars that have been restored and where there are now many restaurants and cafes that deploy their terraces in the summer. The contemporary and colourful rooms are equipped with double glazing. They are functional and without surprise, but cosy and pleasant. The restaurant is open until, the bar until midnight.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour séjourner après un concert à Bercy, Paris (Arcadia). Cependant, l'insonorisation des chambres est très mauvaise et il est très difficile de bien dormir. On entend les gens parler, téléphoner, rire, fermer la porte ...... ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles. Rideaux trop petits pour bloquer la lumière. Matelas recouvert d'une housse ou d'un coussin taché ; Problème : le matelas n'est pas king size et il est vraiment inconfortable à utiliser. Les oreillers étaient décevants et pas très agréables. La douche était propre mais très petite, on ne pouvait pas régler la pomme de douche. La carte a été démagnétisée le matin et j'ai dû attendre 10 minutes pour qu'on s'en occupe à la réception, je n'ai reçu aucune excuse pour le désagrément causé. Le petit déjeuner continental était varié et agréable.

Il est très proche de la gare de Lyon, la petite fille de la réception est très chaleureuse, et il est pratique de manger à proximité et de se promener le long de la Seine.
