A family-run establishment in a typical Parisian neighbourhood offering decorated and equipped rooms.
The Twelve is a small establishment located halfway between the Place de la Nation and the Vincennes Gate in a typically Parisian neighborhood made of small shopping streets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All rooms, all equipped with bath or shower, are very nicely decorated with simplicity and taste in a contemporary spirit. Bathrooms are perfectly equipped with showers or bathtubs.

La chambre pour 3est très petite. On peut a peine poser les valises au sol.
La propreté est désastreuse. La cuvette des toilettes qui a l'origine devait être blanche est jaune d'usure et sûrement d'urine .. séché ?
Il fait très chaud dans les chambres et si on ouvre la fenêtre c'est celle de la salle de bain car dans la chambre il y a une fenêtre mais condamné par le lit simple.
Rideau déchiré, sol vétuste et abîmé.
Métro 1 a une minute à pied, le lit était confortable .
Point positif : le lit confortable, 2serviettes par personnes + savon solide et liquide.
Cette chambre ne vaut absolument pas le prix.
