I really don’t get why people give bad ratings. I think this hotel deserves more because it had everything we needed, great location, i really liked the bathroom it was clean and modern. The metro stations are nearby the hotel, the bus stations as well. The hotel itself is very cozy, great vibes, the bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Mini fridge was a must so I was very happy that our room had one. My only concern was that the walls very pretty thin so we could hear a lot of noise, but personally it wasn’t bad at all, maybe some people consider it annoying but it was fine for me. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was nice returning after long days of sightseeing. :)

Hôtel correct mais l’emplacement au dessus de la ligne de RER A est très ennuyant…
Le bruit des rames de train toutes les 4 minutes est vraiment désagréable….
Personnel serviable et petit déjeuner assez copieux.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est vraiment aux petits soins. J’avais une fracture du genou et ils ont tout fait pour me faciliter la vie. Un grand merci à vous.

Враження від готелю самі позитивні. Сподобалось абсолютно все. Щодня прибирають, персонал вічливий і позитивний, в кімнаті є чайник, кава, чай, цукор, а головне сейф, завдяки цьому можна почуватися спокійно, особливо якщо Ви вперше в Парижі. Не менш важливим є зручне ліжко, хороша звукоізоляція, близько метро і є недалечко супермаркет, який працює цілодобово.

Vriendelijke mensen.
Ontbijt was eenvoudig maar alles aanwezig.
Kamer was compact maar goed. Goede bedden. Groot nadeel, dunne muren. Kan je alles horen. Zaterdagmorgen gewekt door de stofzuiger van de poetsdienst in de kamer boven ons.....

Très bonne expérience.
J'ai séjourné 5 jours dans cet hôtel au mois de janvier pour le travail.
La chambre était très agréable, très propre.
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare à Paris !

La única pega, el baño muy pequeño, todo lo demás perfecto, perfecto de situación junto a metro y bus, perfecta la atención del personal, perfecto de limpieza!

Assez satisfait dans l’ensemble, même si la chambre et salle de bain étaient un petite, et le lit grinçait un peu… on entend les bruits du couloir… mais content d’avoir pu avoir un box pour la voiture

Tout proche de la station de métro Picpus, bon accueil, chambre propre, petite SB avec toilette impeccable.
Petit dej nickel avec de nombreux choix sucrés ou salés. Prix honnête.

Hôtel très agréable
La chambre est peu petite mais propre et c'est bien ça l'essentiel.
Situé à côté d'une station de métro et tout proche de nation !

La seconda volta quest'anno che pernottiamo qui, ma questa volta la camera era effettivamente un pò piccola rispetto alla precedente. Reception, tutti molto simpatici. Pulizia buona

Very small room even by european standards. No one above 250lbs could enter the shower stall, as the door opening sliding doors barely open. Staff is very nice and responsive. Room was clean. Elevator is small and rickety.
