The Roger Le Gall municipal sports complex in the 12th arrondissement hosts three evenings a week, the Association des naturistes de Paris to offer their members sports sessions. Starting with swimming, aquagym, swimming improvements in the 50-metre covered pool. When the sun comes out, the retractable roof allows you to enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays, to evolve in the open air and to enjoy a solarium. For the hard-core, there is, on the first floor, a weight room with free weights and machines, a cardio-training room, gymnastics and muscle training classes. A hammam is available for a relaxing break in the steam baths. Massages are offered as well as a yoga class every Friday evening. All activities are done in full nudity. Only a cap required to prick a head in the water and a towel are required. Come and appreciate and discover the benefits of naturism on the body and mind in the heart of Paris.
If you are tempted by the world of scuba diving and snorkeling, the Nautena association awaits you to make you experience the joy of evolving freely in the world of silence and nudity in Roger Le Gall's large pool. Appointment with the association which awaits you on Wednesday from 9pm to 11pm and on Friday from 9.30pm to 11.30pm. The first dive is offered to you.
