DOUZE
Maison Plisson led the way with its gourmet hall concept. Douze is now following suit with its market/hall/foodhall. The difference between the two houses is that at Douze, the ten or so craftsmen present are shareholders in the structure. A fine group of people renowned for the quality of their products: from the charcuterie du Viala (Aveyron) to the Hennequin fishmonger (Ile d'Yeu), not forgetting the Léonie bakery (Paris), the cheese maker La Finarde (Arras), the Marcon wines (Haute-Loire)... For lovers of good food! Several restaurant offers.
