In the past, it was the Pains et Gourmandises bakery, run by Isabelle and Antonio, who gave way to Bradley and Logan Lafond. The two brothers decided to go into the bread business. Courageous, they rolled up their sleeves to learn from their predecessors, thus familiarizing themselves with the neighbourhood clientele. The adventure of Ernest & Valentin had begun. The company now has several outlets in Paris and the Paris region. On the display racks, beautifully made breads, all of which make you want to bite into them (some organic, like this Complet or Petit bio). Viennese pastries, attractive pastries and Grom sorbets.
