Everything here is homemade, with quality ingredients for an unadorned, simple result and Stéphane Vandermeersch is a talented baker and confectioner. It began his career at Fauchon and Ladurée, and alongside Pierre Hermé where he will become one of the specialists in puff. In his shop with old decorations partly dating back to its creation in 1910, he selects his ingredients with the utmost care. He prepares different breads for each day of the week: breads with figs, cheese, with cheese and bacon, chestnut flour, etc. but also of the Rétrodor baguettes, Retro-seeds, a Daumesnil ave which is very well preserved, and you can buy cut country bread and in time and its round loaves can weigh up to 10 kilograms... breads of a culinary quality of very high flight! One of his specialties; the delicious gugelhupf. The pastries, rather classic, are prepared using excellent products and fresh fruit.
