Super idée que de se faire griller sa cote de bœuf sur place chez son boucher et de déguster sans plus attendre sa viande dont la maturation revèle des saveurs exquises. Cette boucherie resto est une bel endroit dans le coin animé du marché d'Aligre. Pour les amateurs de bonne viande
