Frédéric Véron and his team will help you choose between meat and poultry. Their star product is beef from Coutancie (Dordogne), but their Bresse poultry, suckling lamb from Aveyron, poularde from Culoiseau or cuckoo from Rennes have nothing to envy it in terms of quality. For the festive season, there is a fine choice of poultry with a truffle-based stuffing, foie gras and white pudding. In short, a house that delights the fine gourmets of this side of the 12th arrondissement, not far from Nation.
