Here we have the sense of hospitality, and the skills to give good advice for those who want to discover a new way of eating and cooking. The house distributes the bread of Christophe to natural leaven, the vollailles come from Sèvres, the ice of Ardèche, the soups of the house Giraudet, the gluten-free cookies, the cosmetics are organic… For fresh products, a selection of small producers engaged in organic or rational agriculture.
