Paris Fisheries is located in the rue d'Aligre area since 1997, near the Marché market. In 2007, it was one of the first to develop a range of organic products: Madagascar shrimp, bar, royal sea bream, organic salmon and high organic mussels in areas where water quality is certified. Everything is always very fresh. Shopping takes place at the Halles de Rungis every day at 2 a. m. in order to dispose of the best products, but fish harvesters also work live with fishermen and oyster farmers on the French coast. On the shelves: live abalone, lobster and lobster, line bar, organic and wild salmon, fresh tuna fillets "Sushi quality", etc. The offer is varied with the advice of professionals for preparation, cooking or accompaniment. Paris Fisheries opened its restaurant the Sea Bar just a few metres from the fish garden so that guests can enjoy the products safely from the display in a Parisian atmosphere.
