Authentic, true, simple and good: if we don't go on about the name of the restaurant for long, the content of the plates is worth a visit. It's a long way from the industrial creperies here, because everything is prepared on site. A credo: classics, but well done. In this not very large establishment, we're a little tight, but it's part of the atmosphere. Thierry, the new chef, has not changed anything from the winning recipe, and from frangipani pancakes to cakes filled with seafood, it's excellent. The only drawback: since it is impossible to book, and the place is quickly full, we sometimes have to wait a very long time. We would therefore prefer to come during the week.
