In short, a place on a human scale. In the dining room and on the menu, a very Aveyron identity: farm poultry, which comes from Huparlac and Aubrac beef. Every day, a salad is on the menu, and the cheeses of Les Buronniers de Laguiole are full of flavors. If the establishment is not the most visible - far from it - of the avenue, it is certainly one of the best.
