LE LATINO GOURMAND
Peruvian restaurant with a sober decor guaranteeing a change of scenery in the plate.
The Latin Gourmand of Willy Cooper found his place in the neighborhood. Peruvian cuisine has its followers and the star dish is the pollo has la. It's roasted chicken marinated in a mixture of spices that the chef wants to keep secret. Filling: fries, small salad composed, peeling or quinoa cheese. A delight. Among traditional dishes, tamal (Peruvian corn paste stuffed with chicken, steam baked in a banana leaf), le tiradito (thin strips of fish marinated in the green lemon served here with Peruvian corn and sweet potatoes) or carapulcra (mashed potatoes, dried, roasted to pork with cassava, plantains banana and rice, and rice of garnish à la la Inca way). Serving la morada (Peru's purple corn compote to ananas and nuts) is sublime. Change guaranteed on the plate. Otherwise the decor is sober, just a few paintings and statuettes remind the country.

dieron 6/8 canchitas :(
