Address in Paris preparing Chinese cuisine and a house specialty: a steamed free-range chicken.

In the showcase there is only ducks that are just waiting to be lacquered. Inside a place that does not look much and a carte that never ends. Our neighborhood Chinese buddies recommended this restaurant but we had some doubts. The staff is welcoming and does not hesitate to detail the dishes. We start with excellent soup ravioli, the broth is delicious. Then continue with one of the house specialties: a farm chicken steamed with ginger and chives. The chicken cooked in this way remains very tender. The soft-shell crab with salt and pepper was quickly engulfed with great pleasure... This is real Chinese cuisine with Southeast specialties and it has nothing to do with the caterers that abound in the area

Visited with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed the delectable food, a welcomed taste of authentic Asian cuisine in Europe. The restaurant's ambiance enhances the dining experience, creating a delightful atmosphere. The food surpassed expectations, showcasing superb flavors, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The speedy service and excellent value for money ensure our definite return. Highly recommended!

Malheureusement mon évaluation de ce restaurant est en train de baisser, j'ai été très satisfait par ma première fois ici mais la deuxième et troisième pas au niveau des attentes. C'est bien que la carte est très vaste et on y trouve des plats très particuliers comme les langues de canard mais le poulet au gingembre que j'ai pris cette fois (et même parmi les plats recommandés sur le menu ) était plutôt nul (du poulet bouilli, avec la peau humide et pas beaucoup de saveur), très décevant. Le personnel est efficace, le décor très très simple, c'est comme être dans un bar quelconque alors qu'il pourrait être un peu plus soigné. Les prix ne sont pas chers mais non plus les plus économiques (plats environ 18/20 euros). C'était l'un de mes restaurants préférés dans le quartier mais je ne sais pas si j'y retournerai.
