Chinese restaurant offers home-made dishes with fresh ingredients.

One more Chinese restaurant but this one is rather Cantonese and all the dishes are homemade with fresh ingédients. The chef who comes from Hong Kong carries out authentic hongkongais desserts (pancake filled with mango and/or durian and whipped cream or sesame cream and minis balls of sticky rice). The soup lovers will be delighted because the choice is vast. Then, plunge into the pots. The one with chicken, caramelized and flavoured with ginger and Thai basil, is accompanied by a rice bowl to which the chicken sauce is added. The braised pig's trotter is also a treat.

Beaucoup de plats au menu, dont de la cuisine du Sichuan. J’ai pris un potage pékinois et un agneau au gingembre sur plaque chauffante. C’était bien bon.
Salle spacieuse, avec une grande baie vitrée sur les tours du quartier chinois.
Prix corrects.

Restaurant un peu caché mais Équipe top ! La cuisine est excellente , leurs nems , leurs dim sum et leur pâte de riz sauté sont tellement savoureux!
