One of the Western fantasies about Chinese cuisine is the food used. Rejectors dreaming of exoticism should try this address where unusual dishes such as fried intestines, celery peanuts, cucumber pig's ears and more classic dishes such as steamed skates or sweet and sour chicken are served. Authentic Chinese cuisine from the chef from Qingdao City of Shandong (northeast China, just below Beijing) who has over 30 years of gastronomic experience behind him! We are not disappointed with the trip, especially since the welcome is very reassuring and pleasant!

Je recommande les raviolis +++ (surtout ceux porc choucroute). Ça me replonge dans les souvenirs des raviolis maison en famille.
La pâte un peu épaisse, la taille parfaite pour n’en faire qu’une bouchée et la quantité selon moi plutôt généreuse pour les prix.
Cependant, je dois avouer qu’il vaut mieux éviter les autres plats. Si vous cherchez à manger autre chose que des raviolis, et typiquement chinois, allez plutôt « au délice de Confucius » un peu plus bas sur le boulevard (si vous préférez du chinois européanisé s’abstenir)
Les raviolis aux légumes se cassaient quand on les attrappait.
Les raviolis au crevette avaient de la tenue et était normal.
Point positif tout est fait maison ????
