One of the Western fantasies about Chinese cuisine is the food used. Rejectors dreaming of exoticism should try this address where unusual dishes such as fried intestines, celery peanuts, cucumber pig's ears and more classic dishes such as steamed skates or sweet and sour chicken are served. Authentic Chinese cuisine from the chef from Qingdao City of Shandong (northeast China, just below Beijing) who has over 30 years of gastronomic experience behind him! We are not disappointed with the trip, especially since the welcome is very reassuring and pleasant!

Une fois où je consommais un café sur place en attendant mon "coûteux plat" à emporter (je précise que je suis arrivé alors que la salle était quasi vide), je me suis fait purement et simplement dégager par les serveurs afin de permettre à une tablée de clients de s'installer.
Du côté de la carte, les prix des raviolis ont tant augmenté depuis l'ère après Covid que je n'y vais plus alors c'était presque devenu ma cantine.
