Small Japanese table in Paris serving shellfish, skewers, sushis, sashimis, chirashis and makis.
Located on a small street perpendicular to the Avenue des Gobelins, you really have to have been perfume-free to find this little Japanese table with a discreet look. You will have understood it for the garden, you repasserez, on the other hand cooking, you have fallen, it picks up Japanese classics while working otherwise what gives us a tartare tuna tartar or a medallion of mid-baked tuna and sweet potato. The Saint-Jacques shells and their seaweed puree are just as happy. If you're more classical, there's of course skewers, makis, sushi, sashimi, chirashi and others… It's cool and served with a smile by Japanese waitresses who don't tap on itadakimasu (good appetite).
