Vietnamese canteen very famous thanks to its authentic and traditional cooking.

A Vietnamese canteen that has welcomed customers since 1999. Success is always present thanks to authentic and traditional cuisine. The chef does not complain about herbs or spices to give his dishes all the flavours of the Orient. Off tonkinois, crab vermicelli served only on Thursdays or saïgonnaise soup topped with shrimp and Squid are eaten. A pretty short card, but it is always a pleasure.

Première visite dans ce petit restaurant vietnamien dans le 13e. La carte est courte, ça permet de se concentrer sur les spécialités. Évidemment nous avons goûté au Pho et au bun bonHue, les 2 soupes emblématiques du Vietnam. Le pho est délicieux, le bouillon a beaucoup de goût, clair et juste gras comm il faut et bien servi. Le bun bon Hue est également très bon, bouillon équilibré, bol bien garni avec les pieds de porc parfaitement cuits et des tranches de boeuf tendres, peut être le meilleur que j’ai mangé ces derniers temps malgré l’absence de l’ail frit au piment, qui renforce le goût si particulier du bun bo Hue. Jolie découverte, nous reviendrons !

Très bon restaurant Vietnamien. Bonne cuisine, ingrédients frais. Leurs boissons sont bonnes également.
Le seul problème est au niveau de l'espace, c'est un restaurant ou l'ont est un peu a l'étroit.
